RIDGELAND
Brooks Lewis, DPT, COMT, CDNT
Brooks is a co-owner and founder of Mississippi Physical Therapy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2009 before attending the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. He is a native of Heidelberg, Mississippi where he was an all-state athlete in two sports. He attended Mississippi State University where he was a 4 year letterman for the Mississippi State University baseball team. After a year at Results Physiotherapy in the Memphis, Tennessee region, he returned to Jackson as a staff physical therapist with Mississippi Sports Medicine. While there, Brooks trained and performed extensive manual therapy in spine conditions such as low back pain, headaches and all orthopedic conditions.
In January of 2017, Brooks received his certification on Trigger Point Dry Needling (CDNT), an advanced approach at treating muscular and neuromuscular injuries. In March of 2020 he was hired as the Director of Rehabilitation at the Madison Healthplex in charge of managing the physical therapy department of the Madison Healthplex. In November of 2020, Brooks became a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments (IAMT). After a short time in Madison, he and his partner, John Horlock, decided to venture out on their own with the idea of providing excellent spine, pelvic and orthopedic care in the central Mississippi region! Brooks currently resides in Madison, MS and is married to his wife Blair and they have two children, Avery Blake (9) and Sam Parker (8). They are members of Broadmoor Baptist Church. MADISON
John Horlock, DPT, CDNT
John is a co-owner and founder of MS Physical Therapy. He is a native of Madison, Mississippi where attended St. Joseph Catholic High School. He attended Ole Miss where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Exercise Science. He next attended the University of MS Medical Center where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2015. During his time at UMMC John trained directly under two COMT (certified orthopedic manual therapist) certified PT’s where he became passionate about treating pain using manual techniques.
This extensive training has been the foundation to the treatment strategies John uses to help his patients heal. After graduation John worked briefly at Manhattan Nursing and Rehabilitation center before joining Mississippi Sports Medicine. While at Mississippi Sports Medicine John became certified in trigger point dry needling which is an advanced approach at treating muscular and neuromuscular injuries. John worked at Mississippi Sports Medicine for just over 6 years specializing in spine care before deciding to venture out on his own with his partner Brooks Lewis. Together, John and Brooks wish to provide excellent spine, pelvic, and orthopedic care to those in need in central MS. John currently resides in Ridgeland MS with his wife Emily and their son, John Archie, who was born in January 2025. They are members of St. Richard Catholic Church in Jackson. RIDGELAND
Kyle McCullouch, DPT, CDNT
Kyle is a native of Madison, Mississippi. He graduated from Madison-Ridgeland Academy in 2013 and attended East Central Community College where he played baseball and earned his associate degree. Following East Central CC, he attended Mississippi State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance. He later attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2022.
Kyle has served as a co-author and research associate in multiple medical publications. He is a certified EMR, CPR, and Community Health Advocate. Kyle resides in Gluckstadt, MS with his wife Shelby and their two daughters, Clara and Ella. They are members of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ridgeland, where Kyle serves as a deacon. Kyle wants you to know that he is looking forward to providing excellent patient-centered care with a hands-on approach in order for all patients to live without pain!
FLOWOOD
William McAdams, DPT, CDNT
Will is a native of Jackson, MS. He attended Hillcrest Christian School, graduating in 2015, and went on to Hinds Community College, where he served as Vice President of Hinds Connection and worked in the Intramural Department. After two years at Hinds, Will transferred to Mississippi State University and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, focusing on Clinical Exercise Physiology. While at MSU, he worked at the Sanderson Center as a Front Desk Coordinator and Fitness Assistant.
Following graduation, Will worked as a Physical Therapy Tech at Mississippi Sports Medicine for two years before being accepted into Physical Therapy school. He moved to Searcy, Arkansas, to attend Harding University, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2024.
Will began his PT career at St. Dominic’s Hospital, providing inpatient therapy care with a focus on the Cardiac Floor. He later moved to Tennessee to work alongside his wife as a Travel Physical Therapist in the outpatient setting, treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries. During this time, Will received his certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling (CDNT), gained extensive training in advanced manual therapy techniques, and began working toward his Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) certification through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments (IAMT).
After a year of travel therapy, Will and his wife, Emily, decided to return home to be closer to family and friends and to build their careers in the Jackson Metro area. They now live in Ridgeland, MS, with their two dogs, Stark and Stella.
Will is excited to be back home and is passionate about providing excellent, hands-on, patient-centered care through MSPT—helping every patient live without pain.
FLOWOOD
Cooper Jordan, DPT, CDNT
Cooper is a native of Philadelphia, MS where he attended Philadelphia High School. He received an athletic scholarship to play soccer at East Central Community College, where he played for 1 year and then went on to attend Mississippi State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He was then accepted into the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s Physical Therapy Program where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016.
Following graduation from UMMC, Cooper moved to Birmingham, AL where he began practicing as a Physical Therapist. During this time he received his certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling (CDNT) and gained extensive training in advanced manual therapy techniques, which he used to treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions including low back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and headaches.
After practicing for two years, Cooper took on the role of Clinical Director at ACT Physical Therapy where he was able to combine his two passions of providing quality care to patients and acting as a mentor to new therapists.
Cooper and his wife, Tara, welcomed their daughter, Adeline, into the world in August 2022. This prompted their decision to move back to Madison, MS where Tara was born and raised. Cooper wants you to know that he is looking forward to providing excellent patient-centered care with a hands-on approach to help all patients live without pain!
FLOWOOD
Aaron Mathis, DPT, CDNT
Aaron is a Vicksburg, MS, native. He attended Saint Aloysius High School, where he graduated in 2015. During his tenure at Saint Aloysius, Aaron played on both the tennis team and the soccer team. Following his graduation, he attended Mississippi State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2019. Aaron continued his education at The University of Mississippi Medical Center where he earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024. While he attended UMMC Aaron was an active participant of the intramural soccer team.
Upon graduation from physical therapy school, Aaron received his certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling (CDNT), a specialized form of manual therapy to assist in treating neuromuscular and myofascial pain.
When away from the clinic, Aaron currently enjoys playing tennis, playing pickleball, and weight lifting in his free time.

MADISON
Kelby Howell, DPT, CDNT
Kelby originates from Amory, MS. She is a 2017 graduate of Amory High School, and went on to earn her undergraduate degree in exercise science from the University of Mississippi in 2021, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her tenure at Ole Miss, Kelby worked with the university’s athletics department alongside the athletic training staff for the football team, track and field team and the cross country team. Through this experience she trained under both physical therapists and athletics trainers to provide advanced and efficient care to D1 student athletes.
Following her graduation at Ole Miss, she continued her academic excellence at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she graduated as a member of the Alpha Eta Society, and Magna Cum Laude with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2024.
Committed to professional development and inter-professional enrichment, Kelby is a member of the APTA and the APTA-MS. In December 2024, Kelby obtained her certification in trigger point dry needling to treat muscular and neuromuscular injuries.
Prior to joining MSPT, Kelby briefly worked at Capital Ortho, where she provided care for patients with a variety of orthopedic injuries.
Now residing in Madison, MS with her husband, Clayton, and dog, Opie, Kelby is ready to bring her skills and passion to our team. Kelby wants you to know that she is looking forward to providing patient-centered care with a hands-on approach in order for all patients to live without pain!

Sarah Scoville, DPT, CDNT
Sarah Whitt originates from Pontotoc, MS. She is a 2018 graduate of Pontotoc High School, and went on to earn her undergraduate degree in exercise science from the University of Mississippi in 2022, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Following her graduation at Ole Miss, she continued her academic excellence at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2025.

AnnaBelle Stewart, DPT, CDNT
Anna Belle originates from Prentiss, MS. She is a 2018 graduate of Prentiss Christian School, and went on to earn her undergraduate degree in kinesiology from the Mississippi State University in 2022, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Following her graduation at Mississippi State, she continued her academic excellence at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2025.
